Our brief was to film the panel discussion with a professional multi-camera setup, ensuring high-quality footage that could be used for the RSPCA’s Animal Futures Podcast.

To meet the client’s needs, we deployed a dedicated team of three videographers and two video editors, allowing us to turn around the deliverables quickly and efficiently.

In addition to the panel discussion footage, we delivered a full suite of content to maximise the event’s reach, including:

• Event showreel video – capturing the highlights and emotion of the day.

• 2 x podcast social teaser edits – short-form clips optimised for social media promotion.

• 2 x vox pop social edits – engaging audience and attendee reactions to share across platforms.

• 1 x CEO corporate address video – a standalone piece of the new CEO outlining her plans for her role.

This project demonstrated our ability to manage complex events, provide multiple deliverables, and support our clients in engaging their audiences across different media channels.
