We believe the videos should be as authentic to your brand as possible. That’s why we recommend to film at your work premises. Should you wish to film at an external location e.g. studio, this would result in extra cost.
This would depend on the package you opt in for, as the more videos needed the more time it will take for us to edit. However we will look to deliver you all videos within 7 to 14 working days.
We are fully transparent with our costs. If you are based more than 50 miles from our location in the East Midlands we charge £0.45 per mile for transport. We charge £50 an hour for any additional amendments after our 2 free rounds of feedback. Should your project require any additional videographers on set or drone footage this would be an extra expense. Lastly, if you wish for filming to take place in a studio this would be an add on.
We do not recommend you making any further edits to the files. These files will already be supplied to you fully edited with our expert knowledge.
We appreciate things can get lost, however it’s best that once you receive the files, that you download them and back them up onto an external harddrive/cloud. We keep our clients files for up to a year, because as you can imagine we end up with too much content, which slows our processes down. If you have lost them we will re-send them to you within that one year.

We do not supply raw files. We deliver you the edited videos.
We have a vast range of professional videography equipment.
Including two Sony Cameras capable of recording 4k footage. We often bring professional lighting set ups and audio gear on our production days too. Don’t worry everything will look and sound amazing. We may use mobile phones to film occasionally for any moments that may need a more organic, amateur feel.
Greg is your lead videographer and editor. Ewa heads up on all things strategy, and pre-production. She also makes a brilliant second videographer and editor.
More often it will be Greg at your site filming solo. Occasionally he may have an assistant or Ewa on set.
We know it can be intimidating with a large crew, so we try to keep ours as nimble as possible.
Should we need a larger crew for any reason, this will be made aware to you before production.
If for any reason Greg or Ewa isn’t available to film (e.g. illness, or away on holiday) we will supply a trusted freelancer.
Initially we have a strategic meeting with you to find out more about your business, any challenges it’s facing and what you’re hoping to achieve.
We will then plan the video content to what will best help your business. Following that we briefly check in with you to make sure you’re happy with the plan.
We will then require your participation with filming once a month.
Followed by your feedback and sign off on the video edits.
Lastly we will have a short meeting each month before pre-production so we can best keep everyone up to date.
Upon booking a package, we require an initial 50% non-refundable deposit.
The remaining amount will be due maximum 30 days after our filming day.
From there on we require the full package payment, every 30 days. There is no long term contract, we work on a rolling contract basis. However should your or we wish to no longer work together, a two month notice period would be required.
